MerchStaff Webshop General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Introductory provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to purchases made in the online store (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop") operated by the MerchStaff webshop (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

1.3. The products available in the Webshop are clothing items, accessories and other gift items for merchandising purposes (hereinafter referred to as: "Products").
1.4. By using the Webshop and placing an order, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Consumer" or "Buyer") accepts the terms and conditions of these GTC.
2. Order process
2.1. Placing an order in the Webshop is possible with or without registration.
2.2. When placing an order, the Consumer selects the Products they wish to purchase, provides shipping and billing information, and selects the payment and delivery method.
2.3. By finalizing the order, the Consumer declares that he/she accepts the terms of these GTC.
3. Payment methods
3.1. Payment by bank card: The Consumer can make the payment through an online payment system when placing the order.
3.2. Afterwards: Upon receipt of the Product, the total amount of the order can be paid in cash or by bank card to the courier service employee who carries out the delivery.
4. Shipping options
4.1. Home delivery by GLS courier service.
4.2. Delivery to GLS parcel point.
4.3. Delivery using Foxpost parcel lockers.
4.4. Delivery by Magyar Posta.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the Product.
5.2. The intention to withdraw must be notified to the Service Provider in writing, by e-mail.
5.3. After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the Product in its original condition to the address provided by the Service Provider. The costs of return are borne by the Consumer.
6. Guarantee and warranty
6.1. The Service Provider provides the Consumer with the warranty and product liability obligations prescribed by law.
6.2. In the event of a quality problem, the Consumer has the right to request a replacement or refund.
7. Data management
7.1. The Service Provider carries out data management in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. The data management information is available in a separate document in the Webshop.
8. Complaints handling and dispute resolution
8.1. The Consumer may submit a complaint in writing to the Service Provider's customer service at the following contact details: [Contact email and telephone number].
8.2. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes peacefully and through negotiation. If direct negotiation fails, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts for the resolution of the disputes.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These GTC are effective from March 10, 2025.
9.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC, of which the Consumer will be notified by publishing it in the Webshop.
